Have you ever been to a website and you cannot understand the return policy or worse...they don't even have one.
At Bargains Plus More our Returns process is as simple as can be.
365 day (1 Year exchange/return Policy) as long as the product is in the same condition as when you purchased it. (Smoke Free)
Defective items or if we shipped the wrong item...completely our fault. If you just want to return it thats fine cash back and return shipping on us. Just follow the returns process outlined below.After you complete the instructions you will be sent a return shipping label for free.
If you want to exchange it thats fine too. Just email us for a RMA number and send it back with a note stating new item wanted. We'll pay the shipping back to you.
If you simply did not like the boots you are allowed free exchanges for that reason. If you choose to return it without an exchange, email us for a RMA and include a note stating a refund is wanted.
If you ordered the wrong size you are allowed free exchanges as well. Just email us for a RMA number and send it back with a note stating new item wanted. We'll pay the shipping back to you.

1. Log into the store, then go to My Account.
2. Go to Completed Orders, then click Return Item(s) next to your item.
3. Fill out the following items on the return request:
- Quantity to return
- Return reason
- Return action optional
- Comments optional
4. Click Submit Return Request.
